Al Ruwais Post Office
There are a few places that i rarely visit and always forget to save their exact working hours or contact number. Starting with this post, i plan to correct that bad habit. I will collect and share essential information regarding the available general services of Ruwais. My first choice is the Emirates Post Branch of Ruwais.

Location
The google maps location of the Al Ruwais post office provided on the official website of Emirates Post : https://www.epg.gov.ae/portal/_en/locations.xhtml is somewhere next to the gate of Adnoc (Ruwais) Industrial Area.
That is clearly an outdated location, because you will actually find the post office on the left side of the Ruwais Housing Division (administration) building.

Working hours
The working hours of our post office branch accommodates even the people who work 12 hour shifts. Saturday to Thursday, 7.30 am to 3.00 pm and 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm

I personally use the post office to receive ebay packages (through a paid po box), collect ids (every 3 years) and send traced mail to various locations (through EMS). PS. Please be informed that UAE has yet to register to the world wide postal code system. So, if you want to receive packages from around the world, you may be inclined to pay for a PO BOX and increase your chances of actually getting your mail.

postage boxes cost a few dirhams. price depends on sizes.
