1. This article is from 2014, kindly check again the residence file numbers lenght on your documents and the website => and fill out accordingly (do not put extra “0″ prefix).
2. Scan format (.jpeg) should not be the issue, but if the scan size is too large it will reject the upload. try a smaller size file / a different format (.jpg or .pdf) / different browser

1. Residence permit file number – actual format is 14 digits (hyphens) where as on the FTIC website is 15 digits so how do you enter it?
2. Why is it not accepting my jpeg files?

What is the required dimension to upload in emirate id renewal in mibile application. While uploading 15 kb photo rejecting the system. Please help
