Please be aware that Etisalat recently made a change in the offer that the consumers who already have any of the post paid plans can’t change the same to this plan which means , you need to apply for a new and you will have a new number.

I’m working in ENEC but I have the same question.

I have the etisalat Plan for our company employee and also have CUG minutes.

I’ve tested with my coworker who have same plan by calling with him.

But Local minutes consumed not CUG minutes. After that I heard that I need to be enrolled by our company’s administrator. So I asked company service team but nobody can’t help me. So we need to know who is responsible for that in each company.

I contacted Etisalat & they said contact your company & they will add you in CUG
So any idea where we have to contact regarding CUG ?
General services or other department ?

once you subscribe to the adnoc offer, you should be automatically added to the adnoc cug list

I have also subscribed to the offer.

Please let me know of how the CUG minutes can be utilized.I checked with etisalat and they replied that my number needs to be added in the group by the Adnoc Adminstrator.

Can someone please advise on this

The offer is true.
I have subscribed to plan 2 myself, since i need international minutes.
The offer is available in Ruwais until 31st of March (when the Ruwais HC Etisalat office will close), after that date you can get the offer in Abu Dhabi.
