The Survey Process The survey will be online starting October 25th, 2015 with a targeted completion date of November 22nd, 2015. On October 25th, 2015, all employees will directly receive a communication email (with the survey link and instructions) from ADNOC IT who is assisting us in conducting this survey. The survey will be available in English. We urge each and every employee to fill out the survey at any time during working hours as per their convenience. The survey will take 20 minutes to complete.
I started my life in Ruwais Housing in 1995 as an employee of Ruwais Refinery. I love Ruwais, it’s a quiet , safe and peaceful place, and i will treasure this experience forever. As a responsible resident of RHC, i used report to HRC security if i see any water leak etc. around the housing while doing my routine morning exercise during my weekend off.
I will continue to be responsible resident of RHC upto my last tenure with TAKREER.

We are staying at Ruwais Housing Complex from the past 7 years. Facilities and recreational activities provided by ADNOC is excellent and I believe we are getting the quality life in Ruwais in terms of Safety, facilities and recreational activities.
Last week we had a Ladies party at the recreation arranged by our ladies club. It was amazing. All the ladies attended the party enjoyed well. Thanks to RHD and Ladies club.
We face only one issue here in Ruwias is the lack of school. We had school’s in housing but none of them had expected standard. I believe ADNOC will provide more school’s in future. We need British and Indian Curriculum school.
RHC is very good city for us.

ruwais is such a beautiful city its like a perl in a desert and having such a beautiful greenary my req is pl maintain greenary do not make a ruwais a cement koncrit forest one more req is pl arrange indian culture school and improve the quality of education.

Living in ADNOC housing complex has been the best in my entire life. I really like the cleanliness of our environment and the prompt response of the maintenance team whenever we report a fault.
I would like to suggest that the shuttle buses that serve us within this community can continue to work all day during the month of Ramadan. This is because, usually work closes half day and if one want to visit the mall after work, it is hard to find a bus between the hours of 5pm to about 8:30pm. I know it is the prayer and breaking of fasting time but if the none Muslim drivers can still continue to work during this period it will go a long way to help some of us.
I hope this my suggestion is approved. Counting on you usual cooperation.

I love Ruwais too much and it is in my opinion the best family city
It is really a beautiful, nice , clean and safe city. We enjoyed to stay here. But still there are chances to improve in services like,
1) Flat AC is creating moisture during summer due to pin holes in the walls which leads to damage the ceiling, painting and wall
2) Maintenance spares not up to the quality /standard as earlier so many times changed the spares but still the leaking of water are continuous which leads to wastage of precious water.
3) Now a days many street dogs, cats roaming which is really dangerous
4) Parents has to convey their childrens not to spoil or damage the irrigation system lines
5) Responsible and residents as well should be complain/ take care immediately for any False alarm and irrigation water leak.
6) Residents should not keep lights on when they are on leave or balconies lights when not needed.
In these areas improvement will save resources, money time of everybody ( who involved).
As I understand it is everybody responsibility to keep our city clean, safe, beautiful,, so let us do our part as residents and employee

Ruwais is the best place in U.A.E. It is small but facility is more like if small children are throwing garbage here and there in morning cleaners will come and clean it. There is also garbage room in every floor in the building. I have a problem that in Ruwais 1 there is more green plants but in Ruwais 4 there are not so much green plants. Thank you i hope that you can help me to solve this problem.
