COVID-19 Vaccine Experience
The following article will contain information regarding the COVID-19 Vaccine produced by the Beijing Institute of Biological Products, as well as two blood results proving the efficiency.
This is the same vaccine that the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention has announced official registration on the 9th of December. This vaccine was used in the #4Humanity Trials and has effectively safeguarded the UAE frontline workers.
The purpose of the article is simply to share information through gained experiences and process related documents. If you are considering doing the vaccine, kindly speak with a medical profesional.
On the 3rd of October this was the Vaccine guide:
- Take the 1st dose (Day 0)
- After 21-28 days, take the 2nd dose (Day 21-28)
- On Day 35 visit your doctor and do a blood test for antibodies count.
As of 24 November, the blood test is no longer mandatory.
My vaccination journey has been done as the following :
- First dose was done on 18 October 2020
- Second dose was done on 11 November 2020
- Blood test for antibodies count was done on 25 November 2020
PS. Luckily there have been no side effects, so far.

Efficacy against COVID-19 infection
MOHAP, in collaboration with Department of Health Abu Dhabi, DOH, has reviewed Sinopharm CNBG’s interim analysis of the phase III trials, which shows Beijing Institute of Biological Product’s inactivated vaccine to have 86 percent efficacy against COVID-19 infection.

The antibodies test was done at Ruwais Hospital.
Just go right up to the lab reception, mention the blood COVID-19 antibodies count test and follow the instructions. PS. The test will cost you, as mentioned in the article.
