Now that you see #StayHome almost everywhere, It’s time for a new #Challenge to go viral.

This challenge can be done by both adults and the younger generations. All you need to do is dedicate your full attention for about an hour.

After finishing this challenge you will not only get the honorary title of Ruwais Community “COVID-19 Immunity Ambassador“, but also a certificate of completion from the Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU).

And if you want everyone on #RuwaisForum to know that you have completed this challenge, you are invited to upload your certificate in the CIA album or share it on our WhatsApp.

Beat COVID-19 by spreading awareness and challenging at least another 3 people to join in.

The challenge is actually a program that will provide you with rapid training on key aspects of infection and immunity to empower you in your community-based advocacy on how to prevent and control the spread of COVID-19. The course covers the chain of infection, how infectious diseases are transmitted and how to break the chain of infection through concrete preventive actions.

Community engagement and empowerment is key to change behavior and stop the COVID-19 pandemic.
