Following the idea mentioned in the previous post, today i will be presenting the Al Ruwais Etisalat Office.
Since this is clearly a very busy office, i believe it is best to have basic knowledge about it so you can plan ahead your schedule.
Location, working hours, contact and services are the main information that i will be sharing with you today.

Location
Our Etisalat branch is situated just oposite of the Al Ruwais Post Office, in the center of our city. If you’re having difficulties finding it, just look to the right of ADCB branch.

Working hours
The working hours of our Etisalat office also accommodates even the people who work 12 hour shifts, and it also has a weekend day program.
Sunday to Thursday, 8 am to 1 pm and 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Saturday : 9 am to 2 pm

If you need to contact Etisalat please dial : 101
All of your complaints, service requests or follow-ups can be done through the Etisalat Call Center. As a personal experience, if you plan on doing a complaint please write down both the registration number and the employee number that you have spoken to. It will come in handy when you will do a follow-up and will request to speak to a supervisor.
I have personally used the Etisalat Ruwais branch office to subscribe (or cancel) my triple play and to get ADNOC employees offers (just email prestige_care@etisalat.ae to find out more about corporate mobile subscriptions, or inquire about them at our branch).
If you just wish to pay your bill(s), please be informed that you can do that online at : etisalat.ae/online/ or just use the “wasel recharge & bill payment” machine to the left of the main entrance of the Etisalat office.
