Metito wins ADNOC’s Ruwais Housing Complex project

Metito, a UAE-based international water desalination and waste water treatment company, announced today that it will be providing sewage treatment solutions for ADNOC’s Al Ruwais Housing Complex in Abu Dhabi.

The project, which is worth more than $54m, will see Metito provide a new sewage treatment plant catering to the current needs of the development as well as the long-term future expansion plans for ADNOC’s site at the Al Ruwais Housing complex.

The new plant will treat up to 25,000m³ per day of raw sewage, with a designed expandable capacity of 30,000m³ per day.

Besides being eco-friendly, the plant will also be capable of producing high quality effluent that can be re-used for landscaping and irrigation purposes within the complex.

Bux x81 starts from - Ruwais ADNOC Compound – and after 2 hours and 50 minutes it will arrive in Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH = IATA airport code).

You will have a 10 minute stop in Tarif. It is recommended that get off the bus and strech your legs. You could also get some snacks or drinks from the shop inside. We want to mention that the Tarif bus station also has a prayer room and bathroom.
