If you have any issues with Etisalat services, please call 101 or send them an email : [email protected]
- Etisalat is the only Internet, cable TV, landline and mobile phone service provider in Ruwais. If you want to subscribe to DU, you can do that only for mobile services and only by travelling to Abu Dhabi. Other DU home services are only available in Dubai. Thus Etisalat is the ONLY telecom provider for most of UAE.
- Since 89% of UAE population is made up of expats, it is safe to asume that we need the above mentioned telecom services to stay connected with our family members and keep up with world events.

Greedy beIN Sports overcharge footbal fans
The 2014 Fifa World Cup officially began yesterday in Sao Paolo with a beautiful ceremony and an interesting match between Brazil vs. Croatia.
While local time at the first whistle in Brazil (the organizing country of the event) was 17:00 Thursday 12th June, in the UAE the time was 00:00 Friday 13th June. Keep in mind the “+7″ hours time difference in case you schedule your favorite matches using Brazilian hours.
In order to view the 2014 Fifa World Cup in the UAE, you initially needed to subscribe to beIN Sports Package for a monthly fee of 78 AED (~22 USD). The process was very easy from the etisalat receiver box, go to Menu -> Extra -> Self Service and select the package.
