Package was sent from origin country. It contained Christmas toys from loving grandparents. Package was marked as gift as you can clearly see.
06 January 2021
- Package received at last in Ruwais.
- Package 50 AED tax paid upon collection.
- Complaint created the same day.

Complaint has finally received clear response and valid information. Previous replies contained general information without any relation to the raised issue.
Just to be clear, this has also happened to others. The purpose of the article is to confirm what the internatonal package fee represents. Keep it in your mind the next time you are expecting to receive a parcel from your home country.
