Residence Visa Renewal for ADNOC employees

Every 3 years, expat ADNOC employees need to apply for their residence visa renewal. In the following article I will give you all the necessary details to successfully complete the process.
Before we start, please be informed that your company’s HR department is there to help you through this. They will also be the ones to whom you need to submit your application folder. The residence visa renewal folder should consist of the following files that comply with the UAE immigration office requirements:
In Ruwais, you can get all of the above mentioned documents except the HIV test result(s).
For colored copies i recommend going to the book shop in the central market. Additionally, you can ask the staff to scan your documents and send the files to your email for other future purposes.
Ghayathi Disease Prevention & Screening Center : GPS : N 23*49’39.5 E 52*48’42.6″
For the HIV test, you will need to travel to Ghayathi (also spelled Ghayati, Gayathi or Gayathy) at their Disease Prevention & Screening Center.
Reaching the center requires you to go through the whole town, do the last roundabout and enter the premises of Al Dhafra Sport & Cultural Club.

The cost of the medical fitness test is 250 AED. It includes having your photo taken, giving a blood sample and taking an X-ray photo of your chest. You will receive the results in 2 working days.

yes.
due to personal reasons of unavailability or vacation planning you may apply for visa renewal in advance. additionally keep in mind that you cannot renew your cnia pass if your visa expires in less than 6 months.

I tried to renew my family visa online through MOI site. Here required three documents 1. Lease contract 2. Salary certificate 3. Job/ work contract. But I have two documents from my company 1. Salary certificate 2. ADNOC housing letter only so how I can manage because I couldn’t move next step without downloading these three documents.

BK for your family visa, you are the sponsor. Sponsor will provide work contract copy.
Yes I am the sponsor of my family but I have only above mentioned two documents and here required are three so ADNOC housing letter can be use on both places I.e. Lease contract and job/work contract.
This clarification I need.
Company will provide 2018 housing letter (by request to Ruwais Housing Admin) and 2018 salary certificate (from your HR).
The required work contract belongs to the sponsor. Since you are the sponsor you will provide your contract scan to immigration for your family visa application.
Your work contract is with you since you started working for the company, maybe 2018 or 2017 or whatever year you signed the contract.
